FAQs

Our services focus on the day-to-day accounting work most businesses need. This includes basic bookkeeping, like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, deposits and invoicing, and Contracted Controller work, such as advanced reporting, account reconciliations, financial analysis and budgeting. We also provide payroll services.
While we have clients in a wide variety of industries, most our clients are in a service industry (mechanics, electricians, attorneys, brokers) or are nonprofit organizations.
We would love to! We are able to run your payroll, provide direct deposit payment (optional) to your employees, remit your withholding taxes and file all quarterly and year-end payroll tax filings for you.
No. We focus on business activity bookkeeping services. Taxes are not our specialty so we do not handle any individual or corporate annual returns.
The size of your business will determine a lot about how much bookkeeping is needed, but it is still needed. And since we bill for our services hourly, smaller businesses with fewer transactions need fewer hours of service.
We keep it simple by just billing hourly for the services we provide. No minimums and no retainers. The hourly rates are based on what services your company needs, with a slight discount given on some services to nonprofit organizations.
Now is the perfect time to get the infrastructure of an accounting system and bookkeeping practices in place. Starting a business will keep you busy and if you're not careful you'll get behind on your books quickly. So better to be proactive and get the support in place now.
